This is an exciting new injectable skin treatment that regenerates skin from within.
They are the latest technology in regenerative medicine, working on a cellular level within the skin to repair our tissue and boost skin quality. They also have an anti-inflammatory effect that can calm skin that is inflamed with rosacea or eczema.
Polynucleotides are derived from highly purified fish DNA.
Our cells have DNA within them that are made of smaller building blocks called polynucleotides. When we inject more polynucleotides into aged and damaged skin cells they regenerate tissue. They work by stimulating the cells within our skin layers called fibroblasts that encourage skin cell turnover, boost collagen and improve elasticity. As well as hydrating the skin with powerful wound healing polymers.
They have been used within the medical field since the 1970’s to treat burns and help with wound healing. Now their powerful properties have been harnessed within a skin treatment and can be used to improve multiple skin areas such as; under the eyes, the skin on the face, neck, decolletage, inner arms, thighs and knees.
There is some minimal discomfort, numbing cream will be applied before the treatment to make it more comfortable.
As we all age at different rates results can vary from person to person, however as a general guide initial results can be seen within 4 weeks and can last 6-9 months.

3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart are encouraged to see good results. Older patients may need a 4th session to improve the outcome.
Prices for polynucleotide treatment start at £275 for one treatment per facial area, but please book a consultation as we are all individuals and so recommended treatment plans can vary.

Polynucleotides are highly versatile and can help improve fine lines and wrinkles, skin laxity, dehydration, pigmentation, acne scarring, rosacea, and dark circles under the eyes. They can be used on the face, neck, décolletage, under-eye area, arms, thighs, and knees.
Unlike dermal fillers, polynucleotides do not add volume or alter facial contours. Instead, they work on a cellular level to repair damaged tissue and improve skin quality. While skin boosters primarily focus on hydration, polynucleotides also stimulate collagen production, improve elasticity, and support long-term skin regeneration.
Most clients experience only minimal discomfort during treatment. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to make the procedure as comfortable as possible. The treatment itself typically takes around one hour, depending on the area being treated.
For optimal results, a course of three treatments spaced four weeks apart is recommended. Many clients begin to notice improvements within four weeks, with continued enhancement as collagen production increases. Results can last approximately 6–9 months, depending on individual factors and skin condition.
